This service equips external users and consortium members with the skills to manage and share research data within Ready-PV following FAIR principles, through modular training materials on NOMAD Oasis and associated tools, plus best-practice guidelines for research data management.
Hands-on training units cover: secure onboarding and collaborative workspaces; discovering and reusing existing data; ELN usage for standardized experimental documentation; uploading and sharing structured data via parsing tools and metadata schemas; and interactive analysis through JupyterHub.
Capacity building follows a “train-the-trainer” model, with a dedicated workshop for instrument scientists across participating organizations to transfer technical skills, establish a harmonized teaching approach, and produce reusable resources—complemented by online onboarding sessions for the wider community, including future users.
Long-term access and dissemination are supported through a dedicated Ready-PV community on Zenodo, offering guidelines for publishing datasets, documentation, and other outputs, alongside a consolidated public knowledge base on the project website, cross-linked from Zenodo.
