    The primary objective of this workshop is to equip trainers with the skills needed to support facility users in managing and sharing their data through NOMAD.

    Agenda:

    1. Fundamentals of Research Data Management (RDM)
      An introduction to the research data lifecycle, best practices at each stage, FAIR data principles, and an overview of commonly used RDM tools.
    2. Introduction to the NOMAD Ecosystem
      A conceptual overview of NOMAD Central, NOMAD Oasis, NOMAD CAMELS, and NOMAD Plugins, explaining how these components interact and the different users’ roles
    3. How to Introduce New Users to NOMAD
      A session focused on effective training approaches, strategies for explaining NOMAD concepts to new users, and an overview of the available educational materials and documentation.
    4. Getting Started with NOMAD (Hands-on Tutorial)
      A practical session covering the basics of uploading, organizing, sharing, and publishing data in NOMAD.
