Photovoltaic Module Lab – EnergyVille
- Specializes in vacuum lamination, for samples up to 3.5 m²
- Small lab laminator: handles samples up to 50×50 cm², with independent control of top membrane and lower plate temperatures
- Double membrane laminator: precise control over both top and bottom membranes, samples up to 3.2 m²
- Lamination cycle: approximately 15–20 minutes, plus 30–50 minutes for sample preparation
- Damp Heat (DH)
- Thermal Cycling (TC) – for module sizes up to 3.2 m²
- Humidity Freeze (HF)
- Harsh UV exposure – for sample sizes up to 2 m²
- Special combined test: DH chamber with 1-sun illumination, on samples up to 20×20 cm² at maximum power point (MPP)
- DH/TC chambers can accommodate multiple samples simultaneously
- Typical test duration: 1000 hours or until failure
